I'm gonna get Mirror's Edge PC for one, and I was thinking of the Sims 3 for the other but it doesn't come out 'til June!

Some more deliberation, I believe.

Make sure you don't suffer from motion sickness then, Mirror Edge is supposed to be bad for that

So I've decided on Mirror's Edge, Saint's Row 2 and Tropic Thunder.

I should gamble more often!

I'm going to be totally honest mate; avoid Tropic Thunder, it's really not that great a movie, not particularly laugh out loud funny, and not particularly witty, I enjoyed it to an extent, but really not enough to recommend to anyone to buy it.
However, I will go out and recommend Saint's Row 2, it is very very good fun, and for those who were dissappointed with the departure from arcadey, make-believe missions and gameplay with GTA, this is definitely a suitable alternative. Enjoy mate, and felicitaciones una vez mas!
