All on Holland win. Providing they do win 50% on Cameroon win and e$20 on Italy Paraguay draw.

}

You're missing the c == d bit, which is why you probably just mean "else". "Else if" would be for situations where people could go, after holland won; "if I have more than ### left" or "if they drew" etc....

Fair enough :p I haven't done any coding in a while, though looks like I will be teaching myself some form of C....

lol. Just it sounded like you wanted to do an "else, if someone does something else", but didnt have the "someone does something else" bit. Thought it was worth clarifying whether you just missed out writing it, or whether you mistyped the if.

killer, your bet was after the match already started so it was ignored.

thatbloke, I have you in for 22.22 on Cameroon (as that's all you had left after the loan payback.)

The japan cameroon game I meant e$50 not 50% :p

Should be in time, the game hasn't started yet as far as I can see.

Trax: Bets. Are. Final. Do you get this? We're having the same problem over and over again here and it's causing a lot of extra work for me.

I will change it this time. Might I suggest in the future you wait to bet until just before match start so you don't have time to change your mind?

"100% sure" and "considered final" usually doesnt mean "but you can change your mind if you like/ have got something wrong"

3. You are free to make bets on a match from the time the odds are posted until the time the match starts. Simply make a post stating the outcome you're betting on, and how many e$'s you're risking. You're allowed to bet on different outcomes for the same match, or add to earlier bets. Odds will be given in the standard w/b format. That is, if you chose the right outcome, you win w dollars for every b dollars you bet, and your bet is returned. If you chose the wrong outcome, you get nothing and your bet is not returned.

4 Don't edit posts that contain a bet. If you'd like to add to an earlier bet, just make a new bet and it will be added. Once a bet is made, it can't be reversed.

I think the Bolded parts are somewhat contradicting each other here, or require further clarification...

add != change

e.g. make a bet of 20 and then you cahnge your mind and want 50, then you can add another bet of 30

but:

if you make a bet of 100, and change your mind and only want a bet of 50, then you cant. That would be subtracting a bet, which isn't allowed.

a.e.g: if you give me £20 and then wish to give me £30 more - thats fine
but if you give me £100 and ask for £50 of it back, I'll tell you where to stick it.

You can "add" to earlier bets by simply making another bet for the same outcome. I'll add them together. You can't take back money you've already spent.

I'm going to laugh big time if trax has actually lost money by changing his bet from 50% to only $50.
