It's either telling me the server is full when it says it isn't (I'm assuming the master server is just taking an age to update and the servers are actually full), saying please wait then after waiting acting as if I haven't tried to join any server, said I have a connection issue or gets me in and kicks me.
Play Now works but I'm usually stuck in a server with about ~300ms ping which is pretty unplayable.

yea there are problems - the server browser takes an AGE to update - I think the master server is running on a 486 or something...
Using play now I haven't found bad games though - but something I have noticed about the game that is a little annoying is that you can only have 4 people max in a squad - so if (when?) we start getting lots of THNers on a server we will have to split into a number of squads (though I guess we always used to do that anyway...)
In addition, I'm not sure what bob's on about with the aiming down the sights thing - I click once and the sights come up, and click again, they go back down. All we need now is a toggle crouch option and AWESOMESAUCE

I think he wants to just hold the button down for ironsights, and release it when he no longer wants them.

Indeed, when it comes to fast reactions, (and assuming people like me have altfire(right mouse) rebound with jump(space)) having to press it twice to just look around is a bit uncomfortable. I would prefer to hold both though to the current system.
Could this be a handmedown from console, i dont know how people crouch or ironsight in console, but i would guess crouch is easier?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I've not heard of anyone else that would shift their alt fire off the mouse.

Gotta say liking the game. I'd like to quantify that statement by saying i played it till 2 am and then decided bed would probably be good right about now. Same login for me look me up if friends is not on the blink.

Just playing the campaign at the moment. If you played BC1 on ye olde Xbox and liked the humour and stuff, it's more of the same, and it's awesome. Pure awesome. And the things I've seen and done; awesome. Awesome awesome awesome awesome. Wasn't expecting to enjoy it this much. Awesome.

In the older fps games i think space was the default altfire, i may be wrong though, i just find it very hard to turn the mouse while holding right mouse AND pressing left(sporadically), though maybe thats why they made it a toggle.
In short i swapped it before i found it was a toggle.

Yay for losing connection to EAonline and for being kicked for no reason by punkbuster. Good to see some things always remain the same.

Just how limited, is limited. Still not as cheap as GAME though, you suck steam!
