In Newbury I used the toilets on the "restricted" floors as no one else bothered to go up there :D

I know what you mean about the state people let them get in, but the pros for ground floor outweigh the con of bad toilets. Just go up a floor!

There will be noise, but being enclosed will mean less noise from outside, but still enough to feel part of the overall LAN. Plus, most importantly, ground floor will be closest to OM NOM NOM and booze!

Somewhere near airflow would be awesome, however I'm not too bothered as long as I'm with you fine folk and there is a good supply of alcohol around me I'm happy.

I'm not all that fussed, I'm happy next to pretty much any of you happy peoples. Anyways, we'll get distracted if we start down this path, this really needs an "[i43] Seating" thread...

The FAQ in regard to clanboxes has been updated:

A Clanbox is a private room that you and your friends can have all to yourselves, assuming you can fill it of course!

Located in private suites around the venue, the Clanboxes are essentially private meeting / dining rooms that we convert into little LAN gaming boxes of win! They are very luxurious, with their own air conditioning and are all fully lockable. We have two different sizes of Clanbox, which you will need 32 or 36 people with paid tickets to fill.

Having a Clanbox at Telford will be full on VIP LAN gaming at it’s very best, so we will looking at whether this will be an extra charge on standard BYOC tickets, as this will be dependant on the venue levying any additional charge for their use.

Information on how to book a Clanbox will be communicated once we have worked out all the details!

Clanboxes are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and once seated in a Clanbox you cannot move seats unless you have found a replacement (this includes if you decide to cancel your ticket)

So long story short, for us to get a box we'd be looking at merging with dr-ukr for definite. Also there may be an extra charge on top of the regular cost of a BYOC ticket, no idea what that may be, whether it's a per-person thing or a single charge either.

I'm just hoping with all the people expected we'd be able to squeeze into the 36 person one...
