And these two creepy looking beings are Jon Irenicus and his sister Bodhi. They are the main antagonists of Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn.

I had BioWare immediately from that description. Spent a while trying to figure out who they were from KOTOR, but not finding them lead me further back...
