1) We've never had a THN meetup. The only real THN meetup I've been to was when we went to ronins for rock band one evening. Having a banner there would just be.... sad
2) As far as I know, StratLAN isn't really one where you can go around putting your own banners up. It works when we're in a clanbox, but i think just in the main hall it wouldn't quite.
On the topic of stratlan: Summer party stratlan? You coming?
Anyway: back on topic. My personal thoughts re: dimensions is that its too tall. Generally with something like this where the text is the main bit, you want it to be a lot wider than tall. At the moment theres a lot of gap above / below, which although you can put some bits in, it doesnt seem to go right.
e.g. you could quite happily crop a 1/4 off the top of http://i.imgur.com/oMr9x.png and about 1/5th off the bottom and it would look okay.
and then sticking other silhouettes in seems a bit tricky cos theres not quite enough vertical height at the moment to properly gte them in at the right, , and the tf2 silhouette on the "horizon" cant really go on the right as its too close to the text. Cant go on the left cos its on the tree, so sort of gets a bit stuck in the middle really.
