I think it´s quite safely in the NORMAL zone At 182/79 I dont think I´m particularly at risk of developing obesity. Of course I´m trying to stay fit, excercise, run, swim and play tennis/squash from time to time, and losing say 4 kg wouldnt be bad, but I dont think its anything to go into a challenge mode about Plus, I do have a reasonable amount of muscles - pretty much the reason for no longer having 71 like I used toI'm 23.88, but that's still pretty close to the line, IMO. I'm already doing THINGS to get healthier and give me some muscles, so meh.
prediction: 21.5
time to prod other people i know and maybe see about arranging myself an exercise time and buddy! (unless you fancy some swimming Xar )

WOOOO I'm obese
My issue is not so much a sporting activity I enjoy, it's more a sporting activity that doesn't try and kill me. I ended school at 18 just about still able to play badminton. I'm pretty good as well. Need someone to play with is the slightly tricky part as well.
